Hours
- Phone and Office: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (EST) Fax operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Quotes received after hours will be returned the following morning. We have selected some of the most common die shapes and sizes to display in our catalog & web site, however we have hundreds of additional sizes. We also have listed quantities up to 10,000. For quantities over 10,000 and Special Requests, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives for assistance. The prices listed in our catalog & web site are your cost. We recommend up to a 100% mark up for catalog items.
Flexographic Printing
- All of our ink labels are printed by the Flexographic process of printing.
Errors
- If it's our fault, we'll redo immediately at no charge. If it's your fault, we'll work with you to help reduce your cost.
Open Accounts
- You'll be billed each time an order is shipped, but you may pay once each month (Net 30 days). You will receive a statement each month. When an account is 60 days old, we no longer will accept orders. When the account is 90 days old, the account will go to our collection agency. We trust you will conduct this account in a professional manner.
Gator Labels
- Gator Labels are common size labels produced within 24 hours. In order to receive fast delivery, you must submit:
1. Your camera ready art received prior to 12:00pm or a simple typeset (less than 10 lines) and have it approved.
2. One of the selected sizes listed in catalog or on web site.
3. One Standard Ink Color.
4. Indicate on your order "GATOR LABEL"

Cash
- If your account is not established, please mail a check in full and we will bill you for S&H charges after the order has been shipped.
Credit Card
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Provide credit card numbers with expiration date.
COD
- We'll add UPS current COD charges, plus shipping and handling charges.
Packaging
- All roll labels are rolled on a 3" core at 500 or 1,000 per roll depending on the size of the label. When requiring less than 500 per roll there is a charge of .25¢ per roll. Singles are packaged at 250 sheets per shrink wrapped package. Computer labels are packaged at 2,500 per box depending on the size of the label. All rolls are shrink wrapped. Dispenser boxes are available; for labels wider than 1-1/4" up to 2-1/4", the cost per box is .50¢.
Change in Order or Cancelation
- Any change in quantity, copy, color or stock may be made depending upon stage of the order. These changes may require new pricing, or a charge for work incurred. Cancelled orders will be subject to all charges for materials, artwork, and services incurred at the time of cancellation.
Label Return
- All label returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns must be authorized within sixty (60) days of date shipped. At no time will Flamingo Label be held liable for damages arising from the use of its products in excess of the actual replacement cost of Flamingo Label Co., Inc. products.
Patents and Copyrights
- The purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for patent or copyright infringements.
Rights to Promotion
- We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of the order.
